When you contact us or book an appointment, we collect the details needed to identify you, communicate with you, schedule care, and show your appointment and published visit history.
How it is used
Your details are used for hospital operations and care coordination. Healix does not sell patient information. Access to patient records is limited to the patient and authorized hospital staff.
Security and retention
Accounts are protected using passwords or time-limited verification codes. Production hosting must use HTTPS, restricted staff access, monitored backups, and an approved retention process.
